Recipe for "Ribena Laici Jelly With Biji Selasih"


Tips

1. MUST use original Ribena cordial #kelassskojah

2. Must use clear jelly instant

3. Must chop laici in big size.

Ingredients

Instant Jelly (Nona Brand) 250 gram
Water 1.5 liter
Ribena Cordial 1 cup
Laici Fruit (Tin) 1 tin
Biji Selasih 1 big spoon

Instructions

Prepare 1.500 liter water in a bowl and put instant jelly slowly and stir.

Stir the jelly until water is boiled and clear the froth/bubble until you see the clear jelly. After that turn off the heat.

Put a ribena cordial with biji selasih and stir well.

Chop the laychee fruit and put in the tray.

Pour the jelly in the tray and let the jelly cool down in temperature room. After that put in refrigerator and wait for serving.
