Almond Slices | 300 gram |
Melon Seeds (Kuaci Putih) | 100 gram |
Pumpkin Seeds (Kuaci Hijau) | 100gram |
Sunflower Seeds | 120 gram |
Florentine Flour | 500 gram |
Black Sesame (Bijan Hitam) | 20 gram (approximately) |
Bake the seeds/nuts in oven to make it crunchy in around 10 seconds. Watch carefully. Temp around 160-180 •c
Pour 450 g florentine flour in the bowl with the nuts/seeds. Mix well.
Place a baking paper in the tray and make a border around the tray using leftover florentine flour
Scoop around 8-9 spoons of mixture onto the baking paper and spread thinly ( depends on the size of tray used)
Spread thinly and bake in an oven for 5-10 minutes with 180•c . (Easily burned)
Take the baking paper out and cut it using pizza cutter or knife. Depends on size and shape you want. Do this while it's still hot. Immediately.
