Elakkan dari memukul cheese terlalu lama kerana ia akan membuatkan cheese menjadi curdle.

Ingredients

300 gm cream cheese
50 gm mentega
10 gm tepung gandum
10 gm tepung jagung
2 biji telur
60 gm gula kastor
160gm susu
2 biji jus limau nipis
Base
150gm biskut marie( kisarkan)
100 gm marjerin(cairkan)

Untuk base, gaulkan marjerin bersama biskut marie yg dikisar. Ratakan dalam loyang kek sebagai base nya.
