Papaya | 200 g |
Pineapple | 200g |
Tomato | 200g |
Lime Syrup | 15 tbsp |
Squeeze lime to get the juice at the same time heat the water and sugar in the pot.
After sugar is fully melt, add in the lime juice and mix well. Lime syrup prepared.
Blend papaya, pineapple and tomato separately, with addition of 5 tbsp of lime syrup on each juice.
Pour the blended fruits into three layers in a glass, ready to serve with ice.
