Ketchup | 1/2 cup |
Vinegar | 3 tbsp |
Water | A bit |
Cucumber | 1 medium size |
Onion | 1 medium size |
Tomato | 1 medium size |
Sugar | To taste |
Chicken Powder | To taste |
Chicken fillet
Diced the chicken fillet.
Marinated with * ingredients.
Coat with corn starch before deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Tomato sauce
Saute the onion and add ketchup,vinegar and water.
Bring to boil.
Add onion,cucumber and tomato.
Add sugar and chicken powder to taste.
Turn off the heat and pour the chicken fillet into the tomato sauce.
Mix well and served!
