Plain Flour | 200g |
Caster Sugar | 200g |
Baking Powder | 2 teaspoon |
Bicarbonate Of Soda | 1 teaspoon |
Cocoa Powder | 75g |
Warm Water | 200ml |
Lemon Juice | 2 tbsp |
Sunflower Oil | 125ml |
Essence Vanilla | 1/2 teaspoon |
Pre heat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Mix all ingredients together and stir well until the batter well combinate.
Pour into greased baking tin. The mixture should be 2cm deep.
Bake for 25 minutes. When cooked leave in tin for 5 minutes, then turn out onto cooling rack.
