Recipe for "Corned Beef Spicy Mixed Sauce Spaghetti"


Tips

Reserve spaghetti cooking water and use your favorite chili sauce (as your liking)

Ingredients

Spaghetti 200 gram
Corned Beef 150 gram
Parsley (Minced) 1 pc
Favorite Chili Sauce (Indonesian Sambal Cap Jempol) 200 ml (as your liking)
Salt 1 teaspoon
Pepper 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Bring water to a boil. Add salt and olive oil to boiling water. Cook pasta for one less minute then package instruction. Reserve 75 mL cooking water

Heat olive oil in a pan. Add corned beef, stir and cook for 3 minutes (until pale brown). Add chili sauce, minced parsley, cook for another 2 minutes.

Add pasta, salt and pepper. Toss for 2 minutes.

Serve immediately when hot.
