Recipe for "Tuna Hash Brown"


Tips

Do not overcook the hash.

Ingredients

Tuna Mayonaisse 2 table spoon
Sweet Potatoes Cut into slices or cube
Spinach Any amount you like
Salmon Slices Any amount you like
Salt A pinch
Pepper 2 table spoon
Chesdale 1 slice cut into 6

Instructions

Fry the sweet potatoes with olive oil until it cooks.

Add up salmon slices, spinach, and tuna. Then, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Do not overcook the hash, it is to avoid the spinach been too wilted.

Serve with cheese. Suitable to eat just like that or make it as a sandwich!
