Recipe for "Oyster Chicken"


Tips

Add some water to avoid too much salty.

Ingredients

Chicken Wings 1/2 kg
Oyster Sauce 6 table spoon
Brocolli Any amount you like
Onions Half
Salt 1/2 tea spoon
Pepper Any amount you like
Water Half cup
Chillies Any amount you like

Instructions

Cook onions that you have sliced before, together with chillies, then add up all the chicken wings.

It may be too dry, it is to let the chicken been fried first before adding the water.

After 1 minutes, add up oyster sauce and water. Closed your pot, let it cook for 15 minutes.

Then, add up salt, pepper, and brocolli. Ready to serve with porridge or rice!
