Recipe for "Seafood Vegie Fried Rice"


Tips

You can put whatever vegie or seafood even meat as you like.

Ingredients

Rice 1 bowl
Prawn-Diced 3 pieces
Sweet Pea-Diced 2 pieces
Carrot-Diced 2 cm
Egg 1 grade a
Garlic-Minced 1 clove
Salt To taste
Light Soy Sauce To taste
Side Dish (Optional)
Cherry Tomatoes Few
Deep Fried Frozen Scallops Few

Instructions

Saute the minced garlic,add prawn,carrot and sweet pea.

Add rice and egg.
Stir well.

Add salt and soy sauce to taste.

Garnish of side dish and served!
