Tips

Turn off the heat before add the chili flakes to prevent burn fast.

Can keep 3 weeks in the fridge.

Ingredients

Dried Chili Flakes 1/2 pack
Onion-Diced 1 medium size
Garlic-Minced 2 cloves
Sugar To taste
Salt To taste

Instructions

Saute the garlic and onion.

Add sugar and salt to taste.

Turn off the heat and add dried chili flakes.

Stir quickly while the pan is still hot.
