Bihun berwarna putih kerana tiada cili kering. Ramuannya hanya bawang putih & lada hitam. Udang, sotong & fishcake dimasukkan untuk menambah rasa.

Tips

Lada hitam hanya dikisar kasar supaya bihun tidak terlalu pedas. Hanya terasa pedas jika menggigit lada hitam itu.

Ingredients

1/2 bungkus bihun direndam dalam air hingga lembut
12 ekor udang sederhana besar
3 ekor sotong
1 pokok sawi
1/4 batang lobak merah diparut
1 batang fishcake
Secukup rasa garam & gula
Bahan Kisar
2 ulas bawang merah
4 ulas bawang putih
1sb lada hitam biji

Panaskan minyak & tumis bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak. Masukkan udang, sotong & fishcake. Kacau sebati.
