Tips

For vegetable oil, can use coconut oil as it is colorless and flavorless.

For topping, can add whipping cream and sprinkle some chocolate rice for magnificent look!

Ingredients

All-Purpose Fllour 6 tablespoon
Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs 1 large
Grated Lemon Zest 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoon

Combine all wet ingredients first.

Then,add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Stir well until combine.

Pour into 3 mini plastic container.

Microwave at high for 3 minutes.
