Recipe for "Delicious Shrimp Leek And Spinach Pasta"


Tips

To ensure the shrimp is not looking dull and not fresh. After cook the shrimp for one minute (without adding salt and pepper), put the shrimp on a bowl of ice water. this is to make sure the shrimp stay fresh. then, cook it again after tossing it :)

Ingredients

Pasta / Gemili / Fusilli 500 grams
Unsalted Butter Two tablespoons
Leeks 2
Shrimp 100 grams
Spinach 150 grams
Salt And Pepper 1 table spoon
Lemon 1
Heavy Cream 150 grams

Instructions

Cook the pasta for 20 minutes until its looks great. Rinsed and drained up the pasta. Rinsed all the ingredients and placed it separately.

Put butter and olive oil together in a heat skillet/pan. Add leeks and 1'2 tbs of pepper and salt just to season it. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the shrimp and lemon zest to give the aroma for about 4-5 minutes until the shrimps are opaques.

Add creams to the pan and 1/2 salts to the pasta and transfer them into a pot. Heat and stirred until the sauce thickening for 2-3 minutes.

Lastly, add the shrimp mixture and toss spinach and combine it into the pasta pan. Put a little bit of pepper to increase the heat. Serve your food.
