Recipe for "Chewy Chocolate Chips Cookie"


Tips

For an egg-less cookie, omit egg and work dough by hand until it comes together. Shape into small mounds on baking sheet and bake as above.

Ingredients

Butter Softened 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Granulated Sugar 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Five Roses Flour/all Purpose Bleached White Flour 1 cup
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips 1 cup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Cream butter, sugars, egg and vanilla together in a large bowl until well combined.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 9 to 14 minutes, or until light golden.

Cool 10 minutes, then transfer to racks and cool completely.
