Recipe for "Mint Coriander Chutney"


Tips

1. Keep it in refrigerator and it keeps good for up to 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.

2. Add lemon juice as it preserves the green color in the chutney.

Ingredients

Chopped Mint Leaves / Pudina 1 cup
Chopped Coriander / Cilantro Leaves 1 cup
Green Chilli 1
Ginger 1/2 inch
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbs
Salt A pinch

Instructions

In a mixer or blender grind all the above ingredients except for lemon juice and salt to a smooth paste using little water.

Mix salt in the chutney.

Add lemon juice.

Keep the Mint Coriander Chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

You can Serve this Mint Coriander Chutney with samosas, potato chips or other snacks.
