Chopped Mint Leaves / Pudina | 1 cup |
Chopped Coriander / Cilantro Leaves | 1 cup |
Green Chilli | 1 |
Ginger | 1/2 inch |
Cumin Powder | 1 tsp |
Lemon Juice | 2 tbs |
Salt | A pinch |
In a mixer or blender grind all the above ingredients except for lemon juice and salt to a smooth paste using little water.
Mix salt in the chutney.
Add lemon juice.
Keep the Mint Coriander Chutney in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
You can Serve this Mint Coriander Chutney with samosas, potato chips or other snacks.
