Recipe for "Mozarella Meatballs"


Tips

The best thing about this menu, its that you can use it as a spaghetti sauce and turn it into Spaghetti Meatball!

Ingredients

Ground Beef 450
Hot Italian Sausages 450
Garlic Powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt 2 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Parmesan Cheese 1/4 cup
Bread Crumbs 1 cup
Eggs 2
Whole Milk 1/2 cup
Parsley Leaves 1/2 cup
Mozarella Cheese Block 1
Spaghetti Sauce 1

Instructions

Cut the mozarella cheese block into small cube sizes.

Making the meatballs

Prepare a big bowl. Mix the ground beef, sausages, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, milk and parsley leave.

After mixing them, it will look like this.

Shape the mixture into a round ball (The bigger the better)

Put each mozarella cubes in each meatballs.

Cooking the Meatballs

Pour spaghetti sauce in a pot, and place the mozarella meatballs. Wait for an hour and a half. Check on them occasionally.
