Chocolate Cream Cookies | 24 pieces |
Melted Butter | 1 cup |
Cream Cheese | 250 gram |
Vanilla Essence | 1 tbsp |
Heavy Whipping Cream | 250 gram |
Chocolate Chip | 1 cup |
Sugar` | 1/4 cup |
Chop the cookies and blend them.
Add in 1/3 cup of butter and mix them together.
Spread them on a plate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips.
Take the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of butter, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tbsp of vanilla essence and mix them all together.
Add in the melted chocolate chips and mix them again.
Mix the whipping cream separately until it is stiffen. Then add it into the chocolate mixture.
Take out the chopped cookies, and spread the chocolate mixture on top of it.
Time to decorate! You may use sour fruits like strawberries, oranges to go with. Because they'll balance the taste and makes the cake juicier.
Now, refrigerate them for an hour.
