Recipe for "Prawnster Rolls"


Tips

Don't overcook the prawns.
Important to butter the buns edges & toast till crispy.

Ingredients

Large Prawns 4
Mayonaise 3tbs
Sour Cream (Optional) 1tbs
Smoked Paprika 1/4 tsp
Chili Flakes (Optional) 1/4 tsp
Celery Minced 2tbs
Lemon Juice 1tbs
Salt & Pepper Pinch
Hot Dog Buns 6
Butter 2tbs

Instructions

Clean prawns & steam for 2 minutes.

Kill the heat,let cool & peel of the skin.Remove heads.

Chopped the meat coarsely.

Mix with all the ingredients except buns & butter.Keep refrigerated until needed.

Butter the buns sides & toast until crispy.

Stuff with the prawn mix & serve immediately.
