Recipe for "Kiwi Muffins"

Also can add chocolate chips if you like

Ingredients

Plain Flour 125g
Caster Sugar 100g
Soda Bicarbonated 1/2 tsp
Ground Cinammon 1/2 tsp
Ground Allspices 1/2 tsp
Salt Dash
Egg (A) 1 nos
Milk 125 ml
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Green Food Coloring 2 drops
Melted Butter 2 tbsp
Kiwi - Peeled And Minced 2 pcs
Sultana 85g

Instructions

In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat the egg, milk, poppy seeds, food coloring and butter.

Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in kiwi fruit and raisins. Fill paper-lined muffin cases 3/4 full.

Bake at 180 C for 15-18 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
