Make ahead the frosting

Ingredients

Butter 115g (half cup)
Granulated White Sugar 2/3 cup
Eggs Grade A 3
Fresh Milk 1/3 cup
Vanilla Essence 2 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dark Choc 340g
Whip Cream 1 3/4 cup
Sour Cream 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Salt A pinch

Instructions

Panaskan oven pd 180 degrees.Letakkan cupcake liners dlm bekas & ketepikan.

Satukan bahan2 kering & ayak.(tepung,cocoa powder,baking powder & salt).Ketepikan.

Cream butter & sugar.

Add eggs one at a time & beat properly in between.

Add in vanilla.

Masukkan bahan2 kering selang seli dgn susu.Gaul rata.

Scoop kedlm cupcake liners dgn menggunakan ice cream scoop/sudu.

Bakar selama 20-25 minit.

Untuk Choc Fudge Frosting: Double boil dark choc dgn whip cream.

Alih dr api. Masukkan sour cream,salt & vanilla.

Biarkan sejuk disuhu bilik.Kacau sekali sekala sehingga fudge memekat atau sudah ada konsistensi sesuai utk frosting.Simpan dlm fridge.

To assemble cuppies:Sapukan choc fudge frosting, taburkan M&M & cucuk sebatang Kit Kat.

Utk Grand Cuppy:Ambil 2 cuppies,tindankan,frost keliling & tengah2.Atur kepingan KitKat sekeliling & ikat dgn ribbon.Taburkan M&M diatas.
