Butter | 1/2 cup |
Granulated White Sugar | 1/2 cup |
Egg Grade A | 1 |
Vanilla Essence | 1 tsp |
Flour | 1 1/4 cup |
Cornstarch | 1 tbs |
Baking Powder | 1/2 tsp |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Choc Chip | 1 1/2 cups |
Preheat oven at 180 degrees
Combine & mix well dry ingredients & set aside (flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt)
In another bowl, using hand whisk cream butter & sugar.
Add in egg & vanilla.
Add in dry ingredients mix well.
Add in choc chips & mix well.
Scoop dough using ice cream scoop or 2 spoons onto baking pan.
Chill dough in fridge for at least an hour before baking.
Bake for 12-15 minutes for chewy cookies.
For extra cookies dough can put in freezer bag n freeze until u need something sweet to spark your day
