Recipe for "Apam Nasi"


Tips

The apam will taste more delicious if you take more times to marinade it!

Ingredients

Rice 2 cups
Flour 2 cups
Rice Flour 2 cups
Sugar 1 & half cups
Water 3 cups
Yeast 1 ts
Eno 1 pack
Grated Coconut 1/2 kg

Instructions

Blend the rice with water until it really smooth

Add in sugar. stir until well blended.

Mix the flour, rice flour and yeast together in other container.

Add all together. stir till well blended.

Add in eno. stir. marinade for at least 3 hours.

Steam for 20 minutes in small cup.

Eat together with grated coconut ( put a little salt).
