Recipe for "Apple Raisin Muffin"


Tips

replace apple cider vinegar with food vinegar or any types of vinegar that you want.

Ingredients

Self Rising Flour 2 cups
Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
Castor Sugar 1 cup
Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Soda Bicarbonate 1 teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Essence Vanilla 1 tablespoon
Apple 2, cut into dice or chunky
Raisin 1 cup
Eggs 3
Cooking Oil 1 cup

Instructions

Preheat oven 180 degree celcius

Sift flour + baking soda and soda bicarbonate together

Beat egg with both sugar until well

Pour the flour and then remain ingredient

Finally mix with apple and raisin then oil. pour into prepared muffin tin.

Bake about 30 min or until it's golden or until it's well cook.(insert the tooth pick and it's clean when pull out)
