Chicken Thigh (With Skin) | 300 g |
Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Grated Garlic | 2 cloves |
Salt | To taste |
Cracker Black Pepper | A dash |
Marinated chicken thigh with all above ingredients for at least 1/2 hour.
Deep fried both side until crisp.
Served with cabbages and mayonnaise if you like.
