Recipe for "Sanzoku-Yaki "


Tips

Keep the skin because it will make the chicken crispy.

Ingredients

Chicken Thigh (With Skin) 300 g
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Grated Garlic 2 cloves
Salt To taste
Cracker Black Pepper A dash

Instructions

Marinated chicken thigh with all above ingredients for at least 1/2 hour.

Deep fried both side until crisp.

Served with cabbages and mayonnaise if you like.
