Meat Or Seafood* | 70 g |
Shredded Cabbage* | 300 g |
Eggs | 4 |
Spring Onion | As much as you like |
Salt | To taste |
Okonomiyaki Sauce | |
Honey | 1 tbsp |
Worcestershire Sauce | 2 tbsp |
Ketchup | 2 tbsp |
Stir fried the ingredients * until cooked separately.
Mix into egg and add salt and spring onion.
Divide into 2 bowls.
Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan. Spread 1/2 of the batter in a circular shape.
Cover, and cook on low for 3 minutes. Then flip it over, cover, and cook the other side for 3 minutes until golden brown.

Mix all the ingredients above very well.
