Recipe for "Poached Egg"


Tips

Fresh eggs work best for poaching.

Ingredients

Egg 1
Vinegar 1 tbsp

Instructions

Fill a saucepan with a couple inches of water.

Crack the egg into a small bowl or cup.

Gently slip the egg into water

Use a spoon to push some of the egg whites closer to their yolks, to help them hold together.

Turn off the heat and cover the pan.

Set a timer for 4 minutes.

Served with noodles soup.
