Recipe for "Double Chocolate Fudge Brownies"


Tips

Beat the eggs until fluffy and cold the melted chocolate and butter to room temperature

Ingredients

Chocolate Compound Coins 400 gram
High Quality Butter 150 gran
Cocoa Powder 30 gram
Large Eggs 3
Castor Sugar 120 gram
Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon
Superfine Flour 100 gram (if you want the cakey taste add 20 gram more)
Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Melt the butter and add in cocoa powder until it dissolve completely. Add in chocolate coins and stir it. Let it cool to the room temperature

Beat the eggs, castor sugar and vanilla essence until fluffy by using hand mixer. (approximately 4 minutes)

Add in the melted chocolate into the eggs mixture and fold it until it become thicker

Then add in sifted flour, baking powder and salt into the mixture of eggs and melted chocolate. Fold it slowly (do not overfold)

Pour the batter into the baking tray (10" x 10") and bake in the oven 170 degree Celsius for about 25 to 30 minutes
