Chicken | 1 kg (breast , tender and tenderloin included if necessary) |
Garlic | 4 - 5 bulbs |
Shallot | 10 cloves |
Onion | 1 whole |
Ginger | 2 inches |
Galanger | 1/2 inch |
Lemon Grass | 6 stalks |
Turmeric Powder | 2 -3 tablespoons |
Sugar | To taste |
Salt | To taste |
Cut chicken into small chunk or cubicles. clean and let it aside.
Blend all the remaining ingredient except sugar and salt into food processor until silk and smooth
Add sugar and salt to taste then marinate the chicken with the satay paste for 1 hour.
Preheat you grill pan/ top stove / pemanggang ajaib or any hot toptable available. you may used you desired grill net / grill stove
Grill the chicken for about 20 - 25 minutes until it become tender and juicy.
