Recipe for "Triple Chocolate Brownies"

I loved to used buttermilk in this recipe.

Ingredients

Cooking Chocolate 220g - melted
Brown Sugar 2 cups
Chocolate Button 150g - chopped roughly
Egg 4 nos
Flour 1 1/3 cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tablespoon
Butter 150g - melted
Buttermilk 1/2 cup
Salt Pinch

Instructions

Preheat oven 175 degree celsius

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. remove aside

In metal bowl, cream brown sugar with egg until fluffy.

Alternately combine dry mixture - chocolate melted - butter melted - buttermilk - dry mixture. stir well

Add chocolate button and mix well. bake for 40 - 45 min.
