Recipe for "Nikuman"


Tips

Can use Pau flour as well.

Ingredients

A
Cake Flour 200 g
Baking Powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk 100 ml
Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

Minced Meat 100 g
Spring Onion-Chopped As many as you like
Grated Garlic 1/2 tsp
Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
White Pepper A bit
Salt To taste
Other
Water 180 ml

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients B very well as the fillings.

For the dough,combined all the ingredients A.

Knead become dough.

Divided to 8 portions.

Place the fillings.
And shaped it.

Add a dash of oil into pan,place the buns.

Cook for a minute.

Add water and cover.

Steam on medium heat around 10-15minutes.

When water gone,add a dash of oil and let it fried until crisp.

Served with black vinegar if you like.
