Recipe for "Lemon Butter Salmon"


Tips

Dont overcook salmon, make sure the you lower the heat.

Ingredients

Salmon 2 fillet
Black Pepper 2 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Butter 1 table spoon
Lemon Butter Sauce
Butter 1 table spoon
Lemon Juice 3 table spoon
Corn Flour 1 table spoon
Fresh Milk 1/4 cup
Salt A pinch of
Pepper A pinch of

Instructions

Prepare the sauce first. Melt the butter in a frying pan, then corn flour, stir for a while and pour fresh milk. And stir continuously.

Then, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Done.

Next, prep the salmon with black pepper and salt. And grill it until it cooked.

Ready to serve, with lemon, parsley, or any vege you like.
