|Egg (A Size)||1|
|Garlic (Finely Chopped)||2 cloves|
|Italian Seasoning||2 tbsp|
|Salt & Pepper||To taste|
|Extra Virgin Olive Oil||2 tbsp|
Mix all ingredient in a clean bowl.
Use spoon/ice cream scoop to mould the meatballs according to your desire size.
Arrange the meatballs in a tray, once everything is done freeze them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours
Once frozen, keep the meatballs in a ziplock bag for future use.
