Recipe for "Pancake"


Tips

Try eating the pancakes with sausages. beef bacon & eggs.

Make it in small size using spoon

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 3 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wet Ingredients
Milk 1 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Melted Butter 3 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Garnishing
Choc Chip 1/4 cup

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. make a well in the centre

In the well pour in the wet ingredients, milk, egg, vanilla extract & melted butter

Mix until just combined. Do not over beat. A lil lump is fine. Set aside for 10 mins

Heat lightly oiled frying pan, medium heat.

Use ice cream scoop or small ladle to pour the batter into the pan.

You can start putting choc chip during this time and when it starts bubbling, turn it around.

Wait for another 1 min. Repeat until finish

Serve warm with honey / maple syrup / choc sauce & mix fruits
