Tips

Chicken 1/2 bird
Sesame 1/4 cup
White Pepper A bit
Salt To taste
Flour To coat
Korea Red Pepper Paste 3 tbsp
Ketchup* 3 tbsp
Corn Syrup* 1 tbsp
Sugar* 1 tbsp
Minced Onion* 1 tbsp
Grated Garlic* 1 clove
Soy Sauce* 1/2 tbsp
Cooking Oil* 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

Marinated the chicken with salt and white pepper.

Coated with flour

Deep fried in hot oil until crispy.
Set aside.

Fried the sesame seed without oil.
Set aside.

Add korea red pepper paste into
pan

Following by ingredients * and some toasted sesame
