Boiled the pasta and broccoli then set aside

Saute garlic,onion,carrot and minced meat until meat is half cooked

Add carbonara sauce and bring to a boil until the meat is cooked completely

Add cracker black pepper

Pour on the pasta

Garnished with broccoli.
