Tips

1. Gula pasir boleh digantikan dengan gula perang.

2. Untuk rasa yang lagi sedap, gantikan susu cair dengan whip cream.

Ingredients

1 cawan gula
1/2 cawan air
1 tin susu cair
4 sudu butter
1/2 sudu kecil garam
1 sudu kecil vanilla esen

Letak gula & air dlm periuk. Kacau rata. Bukak api sederhana. Jangan kacau! Biar gula larut & bertukar perang (bukan hitam!)

Tuang susu cair sambil kacau dgn whisk. Hati-hati! Wap & gula tadi akan membuak2. Tuang sikit2 sambil kacau laju2 tanpa henti.
