Tips

-kalau tak nak guna chicken wings, guna bhg ayam yg lain pon boleh.

-kalau xnak perap semalaman, cukup sekadar perap ayam 20 minit.

Ingredients

Bahan Fried Chicken Wings
1 kg chicken wings
1 + 2 cawan tepung goreng segera bistari hot n spicy
1 cawan air
1 kuali penuh minyak masak
Bahan Sos
2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
1 sudu minyak
2 sudu gula
1 sudu sos tiram
1 sudu sos bbq
1 sudu sos tomato
3 sudu sos cili
1 sudu minyak bijan
1 sudu kecil kicap masin
1/2 cawan air
Segenggam daun bawang (hiris)
2 sudu bijan sangai (faa xde stock..so xguna.tp kalau tabur bijan ni lagi sedap)

Cuci bersih chicken wings & potong 2 bhg. Gaul rata 1 cwn tepung bistari dgn air. Masukkan chicken wings tadi. Gaul rata. Perap semalaman dlm peti ais

Panaskan minyak. Salutkan chicken wings diperap td dgn 2 cawan tepung bistari..goreng sampai garing. Letak tepi.

Panaskan 1 sudu minyak. Tumis bwg putih sampai agak garing. Masukkan air,gula,semua sos,kicap & minyak bijan. Kacau sampai mendidih.
