Recipe for "Devil's Mini Chocolate Cakes With Butterfrosting"


Tips

Let the cake cooled first before frosting it

Ingredients

Box Devil’S Food Cake Mix 1
Small Box Jello Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix 1
Cup Sour Cream 1 cup
Cup Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Eggs, Beaten 4
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mini Chocolate Chips 2 cups
Buttercream Frosting
Shortening (Crisco) 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 4 cups
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Heavy Whipping Cream 1/3 cup

Instructions

Pour everything except the chocolate chips into a very large bowl Then mix well with a beater. The batter will be thick.

Then stir in 2 cups of chocolate chips

Scoop” your batter into your cake pan of choice.

Refer to the guideline from the cake mix box for the baking time..(depends on the oven as well)

How to make the fosting

In a mixing bowl, cream the shortening until fluffy. Add the sugar slowly and continue creaming until well blended.

Add salt, vanilla, and whipping cream. Blend on low speed until moistened. Beat at high speed until frosting is fluffy.

After your cake has cooled completely it’s time to frost it!
