3 tbsp kicap pekat
3 tbsp kicap cair
1 tsp petis
2 tbsp pati ikan bilis
Jika perlu garam dan gula
Mee
300g kuey teow
Secukupnya cili giling
Secukupnya kerang
Secukupnya kucai dan taugeh
2 biji telur

Rebus udang dgn air. Bila udang hampir masak, angkat udang dan ditoskan airnya. Air rebusan jangan buang.
