| Rice Flour | 1 1/2 cups |
| Egg | 1 egg |
| Coconut Milk | 1 cup |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Salt | A pinch |
Combined all the above ingredients
Mixed well until smooth
Heat up the frying oil
Dip the mold into hot oil
Dip into bater until 80% full
Quickly put in hot oil and release when it started turned golden color
Fried for other few seconds until golden brown and crispy.
