Cake Flour | 100 gram |
Corn Flour | 1 tbsp. |
Sugar | 3 tbsp. |
Baking Powder | 1 tsp. |
Salt | A pinch |
Egg | 1 |
Milk | 100 ml |
Vegetable Oil | 1 tbsp. |
Sift cake flour, baking powder, corn flour, sugar and salt. Mix well with whisk.
Beat egg in another bowl. Add milk.
Add dry ingredients 1/3 at a time. Mix well.
Add vegetable oil in the batter. Mix well.
Prepare a clean pan. Butter the pan lightly. Cook the pancakes and serve.
