Ingredients

500 gm cream cheese
4biji kuning telur
100 gm heavy cream
100 gm gula kastor
1 sudu kecil cappucino flavor
Choc Sponge
100 gm tepung gandum
25 gm koko powder
125 gm gula kastor
50 ml air
18 gm ovelette
65 gm marjerin cair
1/2 sudu kecil vanila esen
100 gm topping cream
2 pkt kit kat, kinder bueno
50 gm choc ganache

Instructions

Siapkan choc sponge dahulu. Masukkan kesemua bahan sponge cake kedalam mixer kecuali marjerin cair.

Guna whisk dengan kelajuan yang tinggi. Apabila adunan sudah kembang dan bertukar color , masukkan perlahan lahan marjerin cair.

Kacau perlahan lahan supaya marjerin tadi sebati. Bakar kek dalam mould 8 " selama 35 suhu 180 °C.
