Apples | 4-6, cut slices |
Carrot | 1, cut slices |
Lemon Juice | 1/4 , to prevent browing while you prep |
Celery | 3/4 cup chopped celery |
Red Capsicum | 1/2 cup chopped red capsicum |
Lemon Juice | 2 tablespoons |
Sugar | 1 tablespoon |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
Habbatus Sauda | 1 teaspoon |
Almonds | 3/4 cup sliced Almonds |
Mayonnaise | 3/4 cup mayonnaise ( optional) |
Cut apples, carrot and place in the lemon water, set aside.
Mix mayo, sugar, salt and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Drain the apples, carrot and arranged on the plate.
Combined Capsicum and celery. Sprinkle sliced almonds and habbatus sauda over the salad.
Coat with the mayo mixture and chill.
