Recipe for "Dragon Fruit Smoothie"


Tips

Dragon fruit is naturally quite low in sugar. If you wish to keep the recipe lower in sugar you can also skip the honey.

Ingredients

Dragon Fruit 1/2
Ice Cube 1/2 cup
Low Fat Milk 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Honey (Optional) 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy.

Add 1 tablespoons of honey for sweetness, to taste.
