Ingredients

Around 80grm each udang/isi ayam/sotong/bebola
1packet kuew tiaw
Around 100grm sayur sawi/carrot/bunga kobis
1biji telur
1biji bawang besar
3 biji bawang putih
1 inci halia
Secukup rasa garam,lada sulah,air,kicap dan minyak

Gaul kuew tiaw dgn kicap dan goreng tanpa minyak. Lagi best kalau ade kuali sizzling. Sampi garing ikot tahap yg anda suka.
