Kalau ingin lebih pedas, lebihkan kuantiti cili kisar atau hiris saja cili padi & tabur.

Ingredients

5 tangkai - kerat pendek kacang panjang
2 keping - potong dadu, goreng tempe
1 keping - potong dadu, goreng tauhu
3 kelopak - hiris kobis bulat
1 peket - kerat pendek, rendam fucuk kering + sohoon
3 papan - ambil isi petai
5 biji - hiris bawang merah
2 ulas - hiris bawang putih
1 biji - hiris cili merah
1 biji - hiris cili hijau
1 camca kecil + air pes asam jawa
1 biji kiub pati ikan bilis
1 camca besar kicap manis
1 camca besar cili kisar
1/3 cawan isi kerang
Secukup rasa garam
