Recipe for "Baked Cheesy Pasta"


Tips

Use cheddar cheese in white sauces and Parmesan cheese for sprinkle.
**you can frozen the bologna sauce and use as spaghetti sauce

Ingredients

A. Bologna Sauces / Spaghetti Tomato Sauces
Fresh Ripe Tomatoes 1.5 kg
Fresh Beef ** 300 gm
Holland Onion ** 2biji
Garlic** 4ulas
Dried Chilli Paste 1tbsp
Plain Water 300ml
Italian Mix Herbs 2tbsp
Olive Oil 1tbsp
Rock Salt Secukup rasa
B. Cheezy White Sauces
Butter-Scs Pure Creamy 1tbsp
Fresh Milk 600ml
Cheddar Cheese - Bega Red Pakaging 1/2 cup
Plain Flour 3tbsp
Rock Salt Secukup rase
C. Bake The Pasta
Organic Pasta - Hafly Boiled 300gm
Parmesan Cheese-Grated 1 cup or more ikut kesukaan anda

Instructions

A. BOLOGNA SAUCE

Cut tomatoes and blend without water to make puree

Chop neatly all the ** ingredients

Place olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Then, add onion, garlic and chilli paste, stir until fragrant. After that, add minced beef until its change its color to light brown.

Add tomatoes puree and water. Mix well and add salt with the Italian mix herbs. Cook the sauce until thick and fragrant about one hour.

B. CHEEZY WHITE SAUCES

Place butter in a saucepan over medium heat and allow to melt

Add flour and stir to a smooth paste.

Add cheese and salt. Mix evenly until thickened

Then, add fresh milk and whisk until boil.

C. BAKE THE PASTA

Put pasta in the baking bowl, pour bologna sauces evenly on top of the pasta followed by the white sauces.

Next, scatter the Parmesan cheese over the surface all over.

Bake the pasta for 30min for 200c until the cheese melt and brown.
Temperature and time is depend on your oven.
