1 labu bawang besar - hiris

1 peket rempah kari
2 tangkai daun kari
2 sudu cili kisar
1/2 biji kelapa santan
1 cawan air
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya gula
1/2 cawan air asam jawa
2 biji kentang - belah 4
Secukupnya minyak
