1 bj → hiris bulat,,belah dua bwg besar & lada besar
Secukupnya suun
Sukahati nak kuah banyak mane air
Tumbuk
2 ulas bwg merah
4 ulas bwg putih
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
1 sudu besar ikan bilis
